If you are not entirely happy with your purchases, we are here to help you.


You have 5 calendar days to exchange items from the purchasing date.

We would like to inform you that to be eligible for an exchange, your items should:

  • Be in the same condition as purchased

  • Be labeled as purchased

  • Have a prove of purchasing or receipt

Once we receive your items, we will inspect it and inform you immediately if your request has been approved or declined based on the condition of the item.

All LINGERIES are not allowed to exchange

In case of violating any of the above conditions, we will immediately decline your request for changing.

Items bought during the sales time could be exchanged only during the sales time itself.
